Journal Entry Five

Brutus: Tonight, I had a very productive meeting with Cassius, Casca, Decius, Cinna, Metellus, and Trebonius regarding how to deal with the threat of Caesar. Cassius wanted us to swear an oath, but I believe our cause is what is strong enough to bind us together. On top of that, he also suggested we kill Antony, but luckily I dissuaded him as that would make our plan far too bloody. After all, we only stand against Caesar. I sure hope he doesn't listen to the soothsayers and comes to the Capitol tomorrow...

  1. Caesar: Oh my gods! The soothsayers were right, I am totally gonna get killed in the senate tomorrow if I leave the house!

    2. Decius: Oh my Caesar, this isn't the real Brutus, this is obviously a pretender trying to incite violence and discord in your government! Don't let the misleading predictions of the soothsayers and your wife mislead you... You are strong, show the people you fear nothing and come to the senate tomorrow alone!

    3. Caesar: You know what? I am gonna go to the Senate tomorrow! I am a strong independent almost king of Rome and I will not fear a conspiracy lacking any real evidence! Forget what Calpurnia and the soothsayers say, I'm going to work tomorrow!
